If you are looking for the absolute best care for your loved one/s please look no more. My wife's mother was very ill in February 2020 and we searched long and hard and found Eternal Springs and are so thankful we did. My mother-in-law's care was beyond fantastic. If there were a 10-star rating I would leave it.
I Eternal Spring is an amazing facility. My mom has been here for several months now and she has had an amazing experience. The employees are professional, courteous, helpful, and caring. The facility director is very approachable and is always available to lend a helping hand. Just the other day he asked what they could do to make their facility better, and I couldn't think of a single recommendation.
My mom is enjoying herself and really feels cared for here. The food has been great too! The staff give me the peace of mind that i know she is getting the help she needs and takes the stress away from our interactions. Thank you Eternal Spring of Gilbert! You make my mom happy and safe.
Placing a loved one in a facility is and was a very hard decision, but if I had to do it all over again, I would choose Eternal Springs. I toured several places, asked lots of questions, did multiple walk throughs before making my decision. Overall, the atmosphere here is amazing! The caregivers are so loving and kind, the food is excellent.
We moved my mother into Eternal Spring of Gilbert Memory Care after interviewing numerous facilities. From the moment we toured, I could see that everything about the entire place was top notch. The facility was extremely neat, clean and all of the employees were very friendly and personable.
